What are our picking delays?

Each order is processed on working days. If you place an order on Saturday or Sunday, it will be processed on Monday.
You will receive an e-mail confirmation of the processing of your order as soon as it is ready, as well as a confirmation of shipment with a tracking number.

The shipping costs are specified at the time of the order according to the chosen option.

Store pickup

Available the next day in our store, 44 rue du Bac, Paris 7e. Monday to Saturday, from 11am to 7pm

Bicycle delivery

Same day delivery within 5 hours for all orders placed before 1pm. (except Saturday and Sunday) only in Paris.

Express delivery

You will be delivered at home within 2 days. An e-mail will be sent to you as soon as our carrier takes charge of your package. The delivery is offered from 120 euros of purchase.

Express delivery

You will be delivered to your home within 4 days. An e-mail with the tracking number will be sent to you, as soon as our carrier takes charge of your package. The delivery is offered from 180 euros of purchase.

DHL home delivery

You will be delivered at home, via DHL service within 2 days after validation of your order. An e-mail will be sent to you with your tracking number.
